Got a response back from the workshop I emailed yesterday. 14 hours (including overnight) response time = fucking excellent. Looks like Hyperdrive get my business from now on :)

OK so I'm a slack fucker.

Anyway, today's rant is about performance workshops.

If they were in any industry with serious competition, most of them would go broke, seriously. Customer service? What's that??

I'm currently waiting for a quote to do some work to my car from one of them, and I've been waiting 1.5 weeks with no response. Pathetic.

As it happens, I've forwarded the original request (including all email header details of the workshop in question to another workshop (this one has actually responded to requests for pricing in the past) so we'll see how that goes down.

I'll also see how long it takes to get a response from the original workshop - though I'm beginning to doubt they actually care whether they have customers or not. I have spent over $1600 with the workshop in question previously, so I'ts not like I'm just some random either...

It's back....

After a long hiatus, i've finally pulled the finger out and am going to put something of some worth up :)
